Agreement

By using deploy-routecore.digital (the “Site”) you agree to these terms. The Site is operated by Deploy Routecore Trade Marketing (“Routecore”, “we”), based at Room C 2, Bangna-Trad Rd., Bangna, Bangkok, 10260, Thailand.

Services described

Content on the Site describes trade marketing services for regional store activations, including sampling, promotions, visual merchandising, field briefings, and measurement support. Descriptions and guide prices are informational. A separate written agreement is required before any paid engagement begins.

No online purchase

The Site does not process payments or complete checkout. Submitting a contact form is a request for information, not a contract.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt its operation, scrape content at scale without permission, or submit false or harmful information through forms.

Intellectual property

Site text, branding, and layout are owned by Routecore or its licensors. You may not copy materials for commercial use without written consent. Third-party images remain subject to their respective licences.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that content will meet every operational need. Field outcomes depend on retailer cooperation, stock availability, and factors outside our control once an engagement starts under a separate contract.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Routecore is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from Site use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Bangkok, unless mandatory consumer protections provide otherwise.
